The test bench is a mechatronics device. This system simulates the high and low temperature and humidity test environment to test the working conditions of various automobile generators. The high-power variable frequency motor simulates the car engine to drive the generator to generate electricity, and provides the maximum DC current to the car battery and load. In this process, computers and various intelligent equipment simulate various conditions, and real-time monitor and monitor the status of the generator, complete the high-speed impact and high-low temperature durability test and factory performance test tasks of various generator products.
This system consists of an industrial-grade P4 computer through RS232 and RS485 communication ports with inverters, temperature control box controllers, load boxes, etc., and is supplemented by a hybrid control test bench with LabVIEW acquisition card (PCI-6221).

Software:
The system software is using LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench). Runs on Windows XP sp3 operating system. It can set the performance test (output characteristics, load dump, regulator and factory performance test), high-speed impact and durability test, and variable temperature and humidity test tasks of automobile alternator according to the needs of users. The software interface is friendly, and the operation is flexible and convenient.
